Since its formation in 2004, the Adirondack Cycling Team has dedicated itself to promoting cycling and, more specifically. helping riders appreciate the wonderful cycling available here; along the Adirondack Coast. This book is our way of continuing that process. We welcome you to come see for yourself.  The 20 routes in this book, almost 800 miles in total, offer a wide variety of cycling opportunities: long, short, flat, hilly • some easy and some challenging. They also have much in common - our beautiful scenery along well maintained and lightly traveled roads, Sharing the road with motorists becomes easy with so many great roads to share, We hope you will try these routes and learn from them what we know: the Adirondack Coast is a hidden jewel in the world of cycling.
